This month, we’re highlighting several updates that make it easier to collect payments, manage attendance, track student progress, and monitor automated communications. These enhancements help your staff work more efficiently, respond faster, and maintain accurate data across the platform.

Attendance

Improved Reporting of Attendance Data at Scale 

More reliable and scalable attendance reporting for growing institutions. 


What Is It

Enhancements to the attendance reporting infrastructure that improve report processing when report have a large amount of data – Update: We have replaced the error message with a message that the report will now be emailed due to the amount of data. 


Who It's For

Administrators and reporting teams at institutions with large student populations and high attendance activity. 


Problem Solved

Large datasets previously created errors in reporting and limited visibility for high-volume schools. 


Why It Matters

These improvements ensure schools can generate attendance reports quickly and confidently—even at enterprise scale.

Expanded Course to Program Association 

Stronger alignment between courses and programs for clearer progress tracking.

Enhancements that expand how courses can be associated with programs, improving visibility into how courses contribute to program-level progress. 


Who It's For

Administrators and academic staff managing program structures and student progression. 


Problem Solved

Previously, limited course-to-program associations made it harder to track program-level attendance and course contributions. 


Why It Matters

This enhancement improves program tracking and ensures course activity is accurately reflected in overall program progress.

  • Expanded program association capabilities for courses 
  • Improved alignment between course data and program structure

Attendance, Skills, Payments

Notification Filters & Mark All as Read 

Stay on top of notifications with better filtering and faster cleanup. 


What Is It

New notification management enhancements that allow users to filter by Read/Unread status and mark all notifications as read in one action. 


Who It's For

Administrators, staff, and instructors managing daily notifications and alerts within the platform. 


Problem Solved

Previously, users had limited ability to quickly sort or clear notifications, making it harder to prioritize important updates and manage high notification volumes. 


Why It Matters

These updates make it easier to focus on what needs attention, reduce clutter, and improve overall efficiency when managing notifications. 


Details: 

  • Read/Unread Filters: Easily toggle between unread and read notifications 
  • Mark All as Read: Quickly clear notifications in a single action 
  • Improved Visibility: Helps users prioritize and manage notifications more effectively 


 




 

Payments

School-Level Payment Method Configuration 

Control which payment options are available—by school/Campus. 


What Is It

A new setting that allows administrators to select and manage available payment methods at the school level within the Payments platform. 


Who It's For

Administrators and finance teams managing payment options across campuses or schools. 


Problem Solved

Previously, payment methods were not easily configurable by school, limiting flexibility and control over how payments were accepted. 


Why It Matters

This gives schools the ability to tailor payment options to their needs—improving the payment experience while aligning with institutional policies and preferences 


Details: 

  • Configure which payment methods are available at the school level 
  • Enable or disable options (e.g., cards, digital wallets, etc.) based on school needs 
  • Provides greater flexibility across multi-campus or multi-school environments 


 

  


Clinical Management 

External Site ID Enhancement 

Improved clinical site identification for better tracking and reporting. 


What Is It

An enhancement that introduces improved handling and visibility of External Site IDs, helping institutions better track site locations information. 


Who It's For

Specifically requested by West Coast University – Also for Administrators and clinical coordinators managing site-based training. 


Problem Solved

Inconsistent or unclear site identification made it harder to track activity and reporting tied to specific clinical locations. 


Why It Matters

Standardized site identifiers between outside platforms and the clinical platform improve data consistency, reporting accuracy, and integrations with institutional workflows. 


Details: 

  • New External Site ID field added to the Site information 
  • External Site ID added to the time and attendance API
