Provides additional nudges on top of the out of box payment automations to allow the ability to notify the students more than one time. Gentle reminders for overdue payments. 


What Is It

A notification template that alerts users when a payment is past due. 


Who It's For

Clients that have both Smart Nudges and Payments – These can be used on top of the “Payments Notifications”, Finance/admin staff, account managers.

Missed or late payments.

Additional reminders ensure timely payments, reduce follow-up burden, and improve cash flow consistency.

Academic staff, advisors, and program managers.
