Edit and Add Gender in List Inventory
You no longer need to submit a support request for something as simple as updating gender options.
What Is It
System Administrators can now edit or add gender fields directly from the list inventory area.
Who It's For
System Administrators
Problem Solved
The inability to add, modify or relabel gender values in the list inventory.
Why It Matters
You no longer need to submit a support request for something as simple as correcting or updating gender options. This enhancement gives you more control, flexibility, and speed in managing your system settings.
Details
- Navigate to List Inventory under system settings
- Use the new edit/add controls for the Gender Field
Map Unmatched High School Survey Entries to High School Field
We’ve improved how student survey responses for High Schools captured in Paperless Campus document system.
What Is It
If a student enters or selects a school name that doesn’t match your existing inventory list, the system will now still write that value to the official “High School” field.
Who It's For
All users
Problem Solved
Previously, unmatched entries were lost or stored in an unmapped field, leaving the required “High School” field blank. This caused sync errors with Portico Financial Aid and blocked financial aid submissions. With this update, all student entries from paperless are captured and carried through — no more stalled enrollments.
Why It Matters
Administrators can now sync the high school field to their list inventory if they choose, and the high school's entry is saved to the student's profile.
Details
- Reduces manual rework and speeds up onboarding for students

Why It Matters
Build more personalized and precise engagement strategies without disrupting existing setups.

Implement Search & Pagination for High School List View
Managing your list inventories is getting easier.
What Is It
We’ve made the High School List View faster and easier to use with new search and pagination features. No more scrolling through thousands of records — you can now quickly find the school you’re looking for.
Who It's For
Administrators
Problem Solved
Some clients manage lists of more than 37,000 high schools. Without search or proper pagination, finding the right entry can be frustrating and time-consuming.
Why It Matters
This update makes the experience seamless, consistent with other list inventory screens, and optimized for large datasets.
Details
- High School Management / Admin Panel – use the new search bar and pagination controls at the top of the list.
