Overview
When a student's program status changes in Verity (for example, a first program is dropped and a second program becomes active), that status change should flow automatically into Campus Ivy and then into CORE. If the status does not update in Campus Ivy, the current program will not transmit to CORE and disbursements may be blocked.
How to Recognize This Issue
- In Verity, the student's first program shows as Dropped and the second shows as Enrolled.
- In Campus Ivy, the first program status has not updated to reflect the drop.
- The active program does not appear in CORE or is not flowing into funding estimates or disbursements correctly.
How to Submit a Request
Email fasupport@campusivy.com with:
- Student name and ID number
- Description of the discrepancy: which program shows which status in Verity vs. Campus Ivy
- The program that should be marked active and the one that should be marked dropped
The support team will manually update the enrollment status in Campus Ivy so the active program flows correctly into CORE.
Prevention
Status discrepancies between Verity and Campus Ivy most commonly occur when a student changes programs mid-enrollment. If you see this pattern repeating for multiple students after a program change, note it in your ticket so the support team can investigate whether a sync issue is affecting a broader cohort.
