Overview
Students do not lose access to Trajecsys the moment their program end date passes. A built-in 30-day grace period gives students additional time to complete documentation, log hours, or submit final records without requiring any action from the coordinator.
How It Works
- Access is automatically extended for 30 days after the student's program end date.
- There is no additional fee for this extension.
- Coordinators do not need to submit a request or change anything in the system.
Common Scenarios
Student Graduating Later Than Their Cohort
If a student is finishing one month after their cohort's end date, the 30-day grace period will typically cover the gap. No special action is needed unless the student requires access beyond 30 days after the original end date.
Student Needs Access Beyond the 30-Day Grace Period
If a student needs access past the 30-day window, contact Trajecsys support at support@trajecsys.com. Provide the student's name, their original end date, and the date through which access is needed.
Payment Arrangements and Cohort Changes
For students joining a new cohort, transferring programs, or requiring a longer-term extension tied to a payment arrangement, contact support to discuss the appropriate access configuration. These situations go beyond the standard grace period and require manual review.
