Issue
An auditor is requesting supporting documentation for the school's most recent FISAP (Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate) submission. The school cannot locate the documentation in Campus Ivy, or has been told by Portico that the documentation was uploaded to CORE but cannot find it.
What Is Stored in Campus Ivy for the FISAP?
Portico's Audit and Reporting team compiles and submits the FISAP annually on behalf of its partner schools through FSA Partner Connect. After submission, the following are uploaded to CORE for school records:
- The submitted FISAP filing itself
- Supporting schedules, including the SCHET1 file (Schedule H, Part T1 — which documents federal funds received and disbursed)
- Confirmation of submission
Where to Find the Documentation in Campus Ivy
- Log in to Campus Ivy (CORE).
- Navigate to the school's document library or file attachments area within the institution's account.
- Search for documents with "FISAP" in the name, or filter by the relevant fiscal year.
- If the documents are not visible, check whether your user role has access to the document library. Not all roles have permissions to view uploaded audit materials.
If You Cannot Find the Documents
If the FISAP documentation is not in the document library and your auditor needs it urgently, submit a ticket to the CI Audit/FISAP/SAIG team with:
- The fiscal year for the FISAP in question (e.g., 2024-2025)
- Specific documents requested (e.g., SCHET1 file, full FISAP submission, confirmation letter)
- Your auditor's deadline
The CI Audit team can pull the requested documents directly and provide them to you.
Important Notes
- FISAP submissions cover the institution's prior-year federal fund activity. Make sure you are requesting documentation for the correct fiscal year.
- Portico handles FISAP submission on behalf of all partner schools that have third-party servicer agreements. Schools do not submit their own FISAP through FSA Partner Connect unless separately arranged.
